Louis Triboulin, sole trader (micro-entreprise), publisher of triboulin.fr.
Email: contact@triboulin.fr
Full contact details are available in the legal notice.
The form on the Contact page sends the information you enter (name, email, message) to a self-hosted internal tool for relaying form submissions, developed and operated by Louis Triboulin. This tool relays your message by email to contact@triboulin.fr and retains each submission (message content and sending IP address, used to limit abuse) in a database for a maximum of one year, before automatic deletion. This retention makes it possible, in particular, to retrieve the history of an exchange if needed and to detect potential abuse (spam).
No data entered in this form is transmitted to any third party other than this service, operated by the site's publisher itself: it is neither sold nor shared for commercial or advertising purposes.
To understand site traffic (pages viewed, traffic source, device type) without compromising visitors' privacy, this site uses Umami, an open-source, self-hosted audience measurement tool.
Umami is designed to be privacy-friendly by design:
As this tool is self-hosted and does not use any cookie or tracker within the meaning of the ePrivacy Directive, its use does not require obtaining your prior consent: no cookie banner is therefore displayed on this site.
Tracking is currently active on this device. You can disable it at any time, without affecting your browsing.
Aside from the audience measurement described above (which uses no cookies), this site does not use tracking, profiling or advertising-targeting cookies.
Umami statistics and contact-form submissions (via the internal tool described above) remain hosted on infrastructure controlled by the site's publisher and are not transmitted to any third party, except for the technical subcontractors necessary for hosting (see legal notice), who are bound by the same confidentiality requirements.
Aggregated audience statistics are kept for as long as necessary to analyze site traffic, in a form that does not allow an individual visitor to be identified. Contact-form submissions are kept for a maximum of one year in the internal tool mentioned above, before automatic deletion.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have a right of access, rectification, objection, restriction and erasure of data concerning you. As audience-measurement data is, by design, anonymized and non-identifying, this right applies mainly to data you provide voluntarily (for example via the contact form).
To exercise these rights, you can contact contact@triboulin.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
